Receiving a Refund
If returning an online order for refund by post, please include the item in original packaging, unworn & with the original invoice within 7 days of receiving the order. You can also return the item to us in store. The cost of any undamaged and unworn products, correctly returned will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Any shipping charges will not be refunded. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, a FULL refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.
Please Note: If an item that has been purchased using a Free Shipping code & is returned for refund within 7 days the shipping charge (£8.95) will be deducted from the purchase value. This applies to a refund only.
International customs duties and sales taxes are nonrefundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
We recommend you use a special delivery service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit. Once you have packaged the item safely & securely in its original packaging please send it back to the following address:

Returning Faulty Goods
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged, or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 6 months after delivery. Please note that all items being returned due to fault must be returned within a period of 14 days once you have submitted notification to us. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Please Note: Your statutory rights are not affected. Where possible, items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with a guarantee. It may be possible for us to repair items which have suffered wear and tear. There will be a charge for this service, which is to cover the cost of shipping and any other costs incurred.
Our right to vary these terms and conditions We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us.
Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including noncontractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including noncontractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer this does not affect your right to bring proceedings in the country where you live.
