Order Confirmation & Availability
Our website will be updated regularly however as the products listed for sale on our site are also for sale in our store. It is possible that a Product may have been sold to someone else before your order is received. This may then effect the usual delivery time if another piece has to be replicated. There for all orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you a confirmation order email. All information including estimated delivery date will be within this email. Once the product has been dispatched you will also receive a dispatch confirmation by email. The contract of sale between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
UK Orders
Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery
This is a standard postal service with Royal Mail. Whilst this service is efficient, we recommend using Special Delivery – a signed for & insured service to guarantee a secure delivery. Please note that we can not be held responsible for lost in transit orders on any postal service less than Special Delivery.
Special Next Day Delivery £8.95
Insured secure delivery to addresses within the UK. If you place your order online or over the telephone before 15:00, stock depending, your jewellery will arrive the next day (Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays) by Royal Mail. Delivery time is subject to product availability and clearance of payment. Orders placed before 13:00 on Friday will be delivered on Saturday. If you place your order on Friday after 13:00, it will be processed on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday.
Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address, where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). In the event that noone is available to receive your item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.
Overseas Orders
International Tracked & Signed For £12.95 – Transactions are taken in UK pounds sterling.
If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. The timescale is approximately 10 working days. If you need an item urgently please email us and we will send you a fedex quote which can be as quick as the next working day.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
